Chicken Parmigiana

WOW!!! Florentina's Ristorante Italiano is a fabulous Italian restaurant!!! As we entered the restaurant the ambience jumped out at me - very cool!!! We we immediately met by Bobby who was our waiter and he was a professional in every aspect. To start with he took our drinks and he recommended the "3 Blind Mice" beer. I'm a homebrewer and I was not familiar with that brew. Bobby was spot on as it is a Brown/Red Altbier. Just my style!!! The caramel and toffee made for a perfect finish. I paired the beer with Manicotti with a cheese sauce (note the photo). My wife ordered the Chicken Parmigiana with Penne Pasta (note the photo). The presentation of the entrees was nothing short of fabulous!!! Give Florentina's a try, get Bobby as your waiter, and these two entrees a try - you will not be disappointed!!!

Cannelloni Alla Besciamella

I wasn't even hungry, my wife wanted to go out. I chose this cannelloni because I knew cannelloni could be amazing but so rarely is. This one exceed all expectations and has now become the standard by which to judge all other cannelloni . My only regret is that I live in Alaska and can not simply go out to Florentinas for this scrumptious dish . I have been craving these cannelloni since I left a month ago . Try them if you want to raise your standards.

Lasagna

This is the best lasagna I've ever had! We recommend Florentina's to everyone that's visiting Branson!! Highly recommend!!
